Cancelation Policy and Guidelines:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO SCHEDULING 

 

Please read the description and review the pricing of the service option you are requesting prior to scheduling to insure you are booking your desired service. Every service has a detailed description, time, and pricing.

 

Please be advised that all service prices are the base prices, and could possibly increase depending on the client and desired services. Time estimates are provided in the description of the service.

 

If your appointment is cancelled within a 24 hour window, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment as long as it is rescheduled within two weeks of cancellation. After two weeks, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Forms of payment include cash and cards.

 

If you need more assistance prior to booking, please call or text me at (918) 327-3459 to avoid booking the wrong service.

 

CANCELLATIONS / LATE APPOINTMENTS / NO SHOWS:

 

Please cancel all appointments 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid a $50 cancellation fee for color services and/or a cancellation fee of 40% of the cost of service for haircuts and add-ons. Please be considerate of mine and my other client’s time by showing up on time to your scheduled appointment. This will allow me to continue to service all of my clients in a timely manner. If you are more than 10 MINUTES LATE, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be required to pay the applicable cancellation fee (see above) before you can reschedule. No exceptions. Clients who no show will not be rebooked. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

 

COVID / Cold and Flu-like Symptom Guidelines:

 

If you have any COVID, cold, or flu-like symptoms: runny nose, temperature, sore throat, coughing, sneezing or been exposed to COVID - PLEASE STAY HOME. RESCHEDULE.
